The River Titan is one room and approximately 144 sq. ft. There is no bathroom in the cabin, but a bathroom and shower is available on the premises for your use.
The Rubicon is approximately 570 sq. ft. and comes equipped with 1 King bed and 1 Full futon.
The Renegade is approximately 800 sq. ft. and comes equipped with 1 King bed, 1 Full futon, and 2 bunk beds.
The Grizzly is over 1400 sq. ft. and comes equipped with 1 King bed, 2 Full beds, 1 Full futon, and 2 Bathrooms. This cabin also has an additional Satellite TV w/DVD for your convenience. This cabin is a dual master bedroom suite.
The Kodiak is nearly 1000 sq. ft. and comes equipped with 2 King beds, 1 Full futon, 2 Bathrooms, and a jetted tub. This cabin also has a fireplace for you to warm up next to. This is a dual master bedroom suite.
The Hoover House 1 is approximately 900 sq. ft. and comes equipped with 1 King bed, 2 Full beds, 1 Full futon, and 1 bathroom. This duplex has a connecting door to Hoover House 2. This duplex is great for families or larger groups to rent just one side or the whole house. Has DirectTV® and a DVD player.
The Hoover House 2 is over 1000 sq. ft. and comes equipped with 1 King bed, 2 Full beds, 1 Full futon, and 1 bathroom. This duplex has a connecting door to Hoover House 1. This duplex is great for families or larger groups to rent just one side or the whole house. Has DirectTV® and a DVD player.
Riverfront RV Park
The All-Backing 60 foot long RV spaces are located directly along the river and have full hook-ups with power (30 or 50 AMP), sewer and water. RV spots have a large grassy area with a fire pit.
Pavilion
Our newly built pavilion is perfect for any type of event of party. It comes equipped with built in stoves, ranges, full sink, and plenty of BBQ’s to feed any size hunger your group might work up enjoy the many recreational activities we have available on the property. There is nearly 1000 sq. ft. of covered and paved cooking and eating area with plenty of tables and chairs for everyone. We also do catering and event / party planning, so give us a call and we will customize the perfect meal or event for you (up to 100 guests). Pavilion has built in bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities.
Community restrooms, showers, BBQs and laundry facilities are available for your use. There is also a community pavilion with picnic tables, cooking appliances, water and gas and plenty of seating which is available for your use if it is not being rented out for a group event. All guests get free wireless internet. Bring your own DirecTV box or rent ours for satellite TV.
