The River Titan is a studio cabin with approximately 144 sq. ft. There is no bathroom in the cabin, but a bathroom and shower is available on the premises for your use.
The Rubiconhas 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and is approximately 570 sq. ft. The bedroom comes equipped with 1 King bed. This cabin has a full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, silverware, pots and pans, cups and glasses, etc. Also included are a washer and dryer.
The Renegade has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, is approximately 800 sq. ft., and comes equipped with 1 king bed, 1 full Bed, 1 queen futon, and twin bunk beds. This cabin has an additional Satellite TV w/DVD (3 TVs total) for your convenience. This cabin has a full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, silverware, pots and pans, cups and glasses, etc. Also included are a washer and dryer.
The Grizzly is a deluxe 2-story master suite that is over 1400 sq. ft. and comes equipped with 1 king bed, 1 full bed, twin bunk beds, and 2 bathrooms. This cabin has an additional TV w/DVD (3 TVs total) for your convenience. The cabin has a full kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, silverware, pots and pans, cups and glasses, etc. Also included are a washer and dryer.
The Kodiak is a deluxe 1-story dual-master suite, is nearly 1000 sq. ft., and comes equipped with 2 queen beds, 1 full futon, twin bunk beds, hide-a-bed couch, 2 bathrooms, and a jetted tub. This cabin has an additional TV w/ DVD (3 TVs total) for your convenience. This cabin has a full kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, silverware, pots and pans, cups and glasses, etc. Also included are a washer and dryer. This cabin also has a fireplace for you to warm up next to.
The Hoover House 1 is approximately 900 sq. ft. and comes equipped with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, twin bunk beds, 1 full futon, and 1 bathroom. This duplex has a connecting door to Hoover House 2. This duplex is great for families or larger groups to rent just one side or the whole house. This house has a full kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, silverware, pots and pans, cups and glasses, etc.
The Hoover House 2 is over 1000 sq. ft. and comes equipped with 1 king bed, 2 full beds, 1 full futon, and 1 bathroom. This cabin has 2 TV’s with DirecTV® and DVD. This duplex has a connecting door to Hoover House 1. This duplex is great for families or larger groups to rent just one side or the whole house. This house has a full kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, silverware, pots and pans, cups and glasses, etc. Also included are a washer and dryer.

RIVERFRONT RV PARK
Our All-Backing 40 foot long RV spaces located directly along the river have full hook-ups with power (30 or 50 AMP), sewer, and water. RV spots have a large grassy area with a fire pit. All property amenities and facilities are available for your use.

Pavilion
Our newly built pavilion is perfect for any type of event or party. It comes equipped with built-in stoves, ranges, full sink, and plenty of BBQ's to feed any size hunger your group might work up while they enjoy the many recreational activities we have available on the property. There is nearly 1000 sq. ft. of covered and paved cooking and eating area with plenty of tables and chairs for everyone. We also do catering and event / party planning, so give us a call and we will customize the perfect meal or event for you (up to 100 guests). Pavilion has built-in bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities.
